Sales Support Executive (FLSM Support)
Location: Remote (Mumbai-based only)
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Reports to: Manager – Medico Marketing Excellence
Position Purpose
- End-to-end support for VEEVA-led activities: allocation, raising, implementation, and closure.
- Regular tracking and updates of VEEVA activities.
- Internal coordination with MME, IT, Event Desk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, etc.
- Ensure adherence to AZ policies and flag compliance issues.
Internal Key Customers
- Medical, Marketing, MME, Compliance, Purchase & Event Desk, Sales, IS/IT, HR, Finance teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Scientific background.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical business roles.
- Experience with IT systems and process improvement
