Key Responsibilities:
· Duty Security Officer for Port Operations
· Summary: Responsible for maintaining comprehensive port security measures, supervising personnel, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
· Key Responsibilities: Personnel management, access control enforcement, cargo oversight, incident response, ISPS compliance.
· Core Duties: Guard force supervision, visitor management, traffic regulation, security system maintenance, incident investigation, financial management.
· Essential Functions: Protocol enforcement, access control management, breach investigation, equipment maintenance, law enforcement liaison, audit preparation.
· Additional Considerations: Include requirements for security certifications, experience levels, and specific skills. Emphasize the importance of vigilance, integrity, and clear communication. Highlight opportunities for professional development within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Defence or related field certification or qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in Port Security or Industrial Security.
- Marathi language communication is a must.
- Preferred Ex-Servicemen (Salary will be as per experience).
- Age below 45 years and physically fit.
- Duties will be as per shift schedule
- ERP/VMS knowledge is a must
- Sound knowledge of all security and related functions.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
